    We are a local business that specializes in buying properties for investment in the Hampton Roads area.  Sometimes we buy the ugly houses that require a lot of repairs other times we buy houses that are listed with brokers or for sale by owner (FSBO).

    Just like any business we must make a profit but we don’t do it at the expense of our customers.  We typically make our profit because of who we know such as contractors, painters, carpenters, landscapers and real estate brokers.  We generally purchase enough properties in any given year to allow us to get discount prices on repairs, listing fees, materials and labor.  This is what allows us to be successful in business.   Despite what many may think our profit percentage is usually in the single digits but we are efficient enough to be successful.
